I'm no pro at photoshop or other good programs but I do like to mess around in it a bit because I took a course and was working at a level of 2 grades ahead...(Not to brag :s) but anyways I found this site where you can download different brushes and I think filters and probably more. It is really legit and everything I downloaded so far was clean. For most things you don't need an account to download but some do and it's free with no hassel. So you should try it out and see if you find things you like.
