Google Chrome Auto Refresher

Have you ever been hammering down on the f5 key on the keyboard to refresh a website waiting for something to change on that page?

do you have a software like that? if you have please share it on us please..its a very helpful tools to a people who`s using slow connections

I use the F5 button or CTRL + F5 for more effective refresh... I never go on sites where need a lot of refreshings hehe
