Got scammed need help! :(

I tried buying an account off this website but I got scammed the account was P3O he made me go first and he said he was trusted on here he wanted to trade someone for a good cod account/a gta 5 account and he scammed me is there anything I can do?
 
His name is P3O on here and that's also the gamertag to its stupid because I even talked to him on Xbox and he sent me the email for it but no password with it and by time I tried changed my info he had the email changed already and somehow romoved my phone number from it I called Microsoft but they said my email doesn't exist anymore so they don't beliebe me that it was my account
 
did you console the account? if you did then you could call xbox support and give them your console id
 
can't believe he scammed you, he tried to get my main off me because of my GTA stats 
 
No I never consoled it I didn't know that was a thing tbh and yeah I know it really sucks now I got nothing to play on @zues
 
Call it in and get him hit with a hot console ban. He fucks you, you fuck him.

Also make a proper scam report so the other Mods and I can look into it.

Yeah make a scam report or just call xbox live lol.
 
Okay I for sure will call Microsoft and try my best to get him banned I will ask him to send me his account one more time and if he doesn't I'll call them the only thing is that I don't know what to say to Microsoft likr do I tell them I got scammed for an account or try and make up a lie? @rude

Also if you played on this account on your xbox just call em and your console is your proof.
 
What's the Xbox support number? And well what do I say to them I got scammed?

Yeah it's legit I messaged him on kik after he replied that's what he told me to do if you kik me I'll show you yhe messages with me and him
