Ok so I need money really fast. My Graphics Card broke and in need of some dough.

I can either:

A.) Make you a program

or

B.) You can give me $375 and I can make you a lot of programs, roughly about 10 programs that you need/want to sell

I meant to ask what kind of things will he create. Some coders have rules and/or limits for what they will develop, EVEN if offered a crazy amount of money. I just said it all weird and it was misleading, so my bad haha.
