Their auto-follower system has been down for quite some time, no fixed date for when it'll be up and running again. Yeah, defo sucks.

You can find all the steps here:

It's really easy, just allow permission when Gramhoot redirects you to an authorization page. Then, copy the url of the page you get redirected to after allowing permission.
