I agree with this.
What if someone is posting a thread requesting help, and they go like a whole month without getting help.

Then say, a new member see's the thread and knows the solution, they should be allowed to post.

LQ posts like "Oh Damn that sucks dude." should be removed and the poster should get a warning and/or -10 from his post count.

Nahh they shouldnt have waited so long and bumped it. As for damn dude that sucks what else im i supposed to say if something bad happened to someone?
