"Great Member" Vouches

I have been noticing a lot of Vouch threads and Marketplace threads containing posts where someone would vouch for them. It isn't a real vouch though, it's them just saying "oh great guy, trustworthy" or "I will trust this guy with anything". Vouches are suppose to be meant for when you trade them, it went smoothly. Not how you think about them.

I've seen ALOT of those, many people are getting false senses about members because of there "vouches" then get scammed and be like " buts hiz v0chez were legit :OO"
I reckon there should be a "punishment" for false vouches, YA DIG?

We need a different type of rep system where it's just a feedback. On vBulletin you have 3 options, twice.

The first set is: Buyer, Middleman, and Seller

The second set is: How is your experience? Positive, Neutral, Negative

We don't really need a rep system as the only way to use reputation is to take advantage of people, post count shows a lot about a person if you look at their threads.
