A band is considered a company. They obviously own a valid trademark if they were able to take it off the inactive acc.

I'm saying, a BAND had it and a BAND trademarked it. Maybe preston is a friend of theirs or maybe hes in the band? Who knows.
 
I am not sure what number to put on this because of the risk that comes with it...

I'd say without it being taken back then easily $1k+ (because of the niche).

With it being pulled back I would say around $200. :smile:
