On the forum team page, there is:

Management
Staff
Moderators
RG Elite
Sponsor

--

I think there should be a new one, along the lines of Group Leader. E.G: @[Immortality] will be the leader of Angels, put on forum team and moderate the Angels section.

@[Dungeoneering] will moderate the uBot section etc, etc

What do you think?

I don't think they should publically be listed as Mods, as then users would think they are official 'moderators'. And, it would be easy to buy their way onto that. However, a Group leader (official leaders only) group, allowing them to have a private forum and exchange tips, and discuss in private would be nice. And, all leaders should have moderation privileges on their forum too.

They should just enable our powers in our group
Like we pay for it Why not give us control on our group

Thanks for adding me in the thread =)

We pay for the group, why can't we moderate our own section.

20m/month and an extra 8m/month to moderate your group section, I think that's fair, @[The Elite].

I don't think they should be labeled mod but labeled uBot leader would be cool, and they should have the power to open and close threads, delete posts etc etc

I think thats stupid

20m/m = We get full control of our group

I would really hate if he made us pay more to actually control the group

Obviously if you're in a group you would know who the leader is, and if not, you could ask. No need for another title.

No because people will make groups to get a 'status'

It would cost monthly though, @[Famous™]. When I said moderator, I didn't mean an actual moderator like me, Muscleman, Reaper etc, I meant they had their own team on forum team page, and all the leaders where in there, and they had the privilege to edit/delete threads, etc, etc.

Yeah i know, but like all forums, people look up to people with names on the forum team, there was one guy who was new and made a new group straight away, if he had a userbar name thingy, and he was selling gold for example, most spastics geeks would consider him trusted.

this may not be the case on this forum, but happens alot.

For one, there's enough staff, the user-base getting smaller daily. Two, people would be confused about it.

Well they don't have to have any Mod or any hting

Just have powers in their group

No one would be confused because Its the group leader

They don't need any special title or any thing
+ TE doesn't even need to do any thing All he has to do is Enable our powers in the group

What would they do?

They would Delete posts/threads And can edit threads
What else do you think they would do...

Like actually lead their group

Like if you spent 80m for a group and Had to pay 20m/month Wouldn't you want control on your group?

While I support the notion that group leaders should have basic moderator rights in their groups, I don't support that they should show up on the Management page.
