Well, I think I just figured out a fair wat on how to keep groups cycling.

How about Group Upkeep?

It's be like 3 koins a week, and you can pay up to a maximum of 3 weeks at a time. This would help make sure groups are actually being used and that it is active.

If, upkeep was missed, they'd have 2 periods to pay it back with 50% interest per week missed (1.5 koins extra first week, 3 koins 2nd week missed). After 2 weeks, if payments were missed, the group would either be auctioned off or deleted.

Obviously we can make some tweaks, just a draft.

This would require the group leader to post 300 times per week.
In my time here (Around one month), I have not even surpassed 200 posts. Though I am (in my opinion) active, I simply choose to keep my posting of a high quality. There is no "good" way to fix the issue of overload of groups. Unless @"Philly" wins the lottery (IRL), and has enough funds to purchase 20 groups for the sake of deletion, I do not see groups being overly valuable on this forum.

Paying a dollar a week in no way relates to activity within. People just need to quit bitching, and put dedication toward it if they want to be successful. If someone wants to spend their money and waste a group, that's their decision. Worry about the groups you own, not everyone else's.

In my opinion, groups actually shouldn't be 'circulated', I think the most high quality, exclusive groups are ones like Voodoo that haven't changed owners in a while. Ones that get over circulated lose their value.

I think this would backfire and the value of groups would plummet, if they were circulated around WEEKLY.
