Groups

Not sure if this has been posted before, but I'll give it a go...

Let a few members make some groups, make them official groups on the forum with their own userbar and section, and battle other groups? This could help out the forums by having others apply, and people may invite friends over to battle ;D

It is actually really damn funny you ask this as Robbie and I discussed this last night. A few other people have asked for this (not via thread, don't worry) and I am actually planning on adding them within the next few days. The only thing that makes me hesitate is the amount of truly active members we have here at the moment.

I'm sure you're thinking about the members activity, yes, that could be a problem. However, if you look on the other side, group creators I'm sure will have the ability to recruit other members from other forums to come here and battle. Don't start like so many groups, start 2-3 as a first, expand as the forum starts to grow.

I am giving Abstracts group until March 7th to become active, or I am shutting it down. They have yet to make a single post and he hasn't logged in for 3 days.

Nefast has been dismantled. I doubt I will bring it back as Nefast unless Abstract comes back with a damn compelling argument on why.
