I'm growing an Instagram and am looking for a partner who would be willing to financially support it until it grows big enough to start selling shoutouts and making that money back (which won't take long). Meaning I'm looking for someone who can buy shoutouts. I'm willing to discuss splits and payouts and all that. I'm thinking it would be like getting a loan from a bank. For example, you say you're willing to give me ($x) amount to spend on shoutouts, and I have to pay it back + a little extra with the money made from selling shoutouts and such.
