I will be doing free money lobbies for up to 5 billion GTA$

There will be a paid recovery service where I can level you up and give you over 20 billion GTA$
$5 = 20 Billion+ GTA$
$10 = 20 Billion+ GTA$ & level of your choice.

No one has got banned from GTA V that I know of. Worst that can happen is you get thrown in the cheater pool and I can get you out.
