Start Dedi Exploiter.
STEP 1 | Getting some vulnerable VPS's
First, set your settings like this:
In your Dedi Exploiter folder, there should be Shell.php, select that as the shell
In the blue spots put the first 2 or 3 digits of an IP, so for example: 1.0.0.0 - 1.255.255.255
Then wait for a long time, you probably won't get results until 8+ hours.
After you get some IPs, for a VPS it should be both Shell and RDP checkmarked, for DDoS shell, only shell needs to be checkmarked.
STEP 2 | Accessing the shell
Now, to access the shell go to: http://[IP]/webdav/shell.php
You should get a screen like this:
STEP 3 | Hacking the VPS
A. Now, go to Sec. Info.
You'll get this box.
Put username as: wampp
Password as: xampp
B. Now, if the owner of the VPS/Computer is using the "Administrator" account make a new user, I'll tell you how to do that later.
If the owner is using any other account than Administrator, then you don't have to worry.
In the "Execute" box, type in:
For A users, type in "net user /add [username] [password]"
in Username put a username
in Password put a password
For B users, type in "net user Administrator [password]"
in Password put a password
Now, to access the dedi go to "Remote Desktop Connection"
Type in the IP, connect, use your username and password that you typed, and BINGO YOU'RE IN!

TIPS:
1. If the user you are adding is not resulting in any result, for example a blank result, then put some special characters in it. For example
!a12121 should work. Put numbers in it aswell.
