I don't think you'll get a 1:1, the lowest I've seen is 12%, which @'junior' did for me.
I don't know if he wants to sell anymore, but it's worth a try.
If I get enough BTC to start selling, I'll be trying to do 10%.

The only BTC exchanges I've ever gotten have been 1:1
