The prepaid card is a master prepaid card, that you cant use on paypal since i put it on my paypal... but i cant send money with it. I need the money in my paypal, but i cant add it, if anyone wants the card to buy something strait with the card, and has paypal to give me in exchange, pm me. I need it AS

Edit: to make it more clear, basically i have a $20 prepaid debit card, that you can use to buy anything EXCEPT paypal, and i wanna exchange money on paypal, for the card.
