Why cant you use Gyft.com? It's a 1:1 exchange and they are fast.

Everytime I make an account, they ban me and refund me. I have no clue why.

I had the same issue and it was because the names on the account and paypal account where different. I know it may be different in your case but never mind then. I can get a good friend of mine to exchange it 1:1 with you. I know him personally. That's who I use when I need AGC.
