I charge fees, tell me how muh BTC you need and I will respond with how much it will cost. PayPal fees will be included. I don't go first.

I deal with low amounts on PayPal (so up to like $100 at a time) because I dont want to be limited.

Where did I say that? All I said is that he owes someone money and he hasn't even attempted to pay it back.

Whether he should owe someone money is not what I'm judging.
