Hello, I need $35 Paypal i'll give $33 BTC for it. Anyone interested pm me, I won't go first whoever you are , no trash talkers please. I would only use Philly as MM , and you pay the fees .
 
No one will go first. No one id going to pay fees for $33, especially when they're losing money. Good luck, though.

Thank you for agreeing to go first to me but I only pay a 1:1 rate for BTC so I'm afraid that I can't do the $33 for $35.
