[H] PayPal [W] Bitcoin

Looking to buy around $700 worth of bitcoins in total. Will be giving the standard 15% rate for your bitcoin. 

I will not do transactions under $80. If you're trusted then I will go first but I will get the final decision. If you seem sketchy then we can use a middleman on site. 

So to clarify I am buying all your bitcoin at a 15% rate with PayPal. So if you give me $100btc then I will give you $115 PayPal.
