Hacking Section

i was just wondering if we could have a hacking section added to this site. Im sure plenty of users know how to make phisers, Rats, and key loggers. The section can have different sections inside it swell. For instance, Social Medium hacking, Console Hacking, and etc. I just want to know if the community agrees with this, because me myself im looking for someone that can make a good Runescape Phisher for me. Welp tell me what you think and please vote. Also like JTAGs/RGH would be a great section to be added.

Well, im pretty sure it is against the rules to share things related to rats, keylogging, or phishing considering these all tend to lead to illegal/blackhat activity. I doubt this will be done, but I would like to see a section related to pentesting and malware removal.
