Okay, I need to point this out really quick.

When somebody asks for an appraisal for something they don't own, don't go calling them a scammer and names like that just because they asked for an appraisal. It would be best to just post "Do not own" after what you're asking to get appraised, because some people don't know how to properly deal with an appraisal.
