hard work or smart work?

what do you think who is more sucessfull? a hard worker or smart worker i think one should be both hard worker & also smart worker what do you say?

I think a hard worker is more successful than a smart worker. Even if you have all the smartness in the world but if you a lazy worker, then your brain is of no use. Most people who succeed are not necessarily smart but they are definitely hard workers.

It depends how smart you are and stuff like that. If you make your own method, that no one else have done and play it smart you can make ALOT. But everyone cant come up with there own idea/method, and in that case hard work is better. Smart work will not always work, hard work always work.

I have no idea, how hard is the hard work you're trying to say. But I believe smart workers need hardworks too. I believe there is no easy money out there other than doing illegal. Even lawyers, doctors, engineers and other professional requires spending time and effort to earn them good money and maintain their reputation. They have to work hard to get projects and build clientele. So I guess, smart work combined with hard work is the key to success.

If you do hard work but you're not smart, then you're not gonna end up well; if you do smart work but you don't work hard, then you're not gonna end up well.

hard work is good sometimes because being smart is useless if the person is lazy. In hard work we can learn everything and in learning something we will be smarter. In some point, it is better if both will be paired together to have a good and successful result.

i always believe in smart work friends. but i am a good hard working person as well. most of my friends and collegues have always been telling me that i am both hard worker as well as smart worker. so i am very much proud of myself.

A smart worker is definetly a more successful one. You could be a hard worker but not a smart one never going to get a good job. Although you could be smart but lazy this is a CHicken and the egg type question. None of them is neccessarly better. Hope i helped.

I managed to get good marks in exams studing barely 6-7 hours before the exam, unlike some peers who slogged for weeks and flunked out! The smart work here was to listen to lectures in class..I mean, really listen. The others slept through them.

Both of these things have their merits. I think if you work hard at something you will eventually find success. I believe God rewards hard work. If you find a way to work smarter, then you are lucky, and can reach your goals faster.

I usually want to have a Hardworking friend. Most of the time the sympathize of the people goes to the hardworking people because they are working hard for the thing they are doing even though they are lacking knowledge on that. Smartworkers are the ones who are targeted by "Leech people".

a smart worker can obviously earn more doing small things in less time as compared to a hard worker.if you are smart enough you save time by doing multiple task at a time and complete them all in less time to go back to your bed and rest.so my stand is for a smart worker.no doubt smart worker is also a hard worker but its smartness that counts more.
