Update to the thread:
I have removed the requirement on how many groups you can be in. The reason being is that most of the active and dedicated users are the ones in groups. Thanks to all the users that brought this point to my eyes and since it is not a requirement anymore, feel free to apply if you are the type of user that likes groups. 

That being said, please note that this group will make you work a bit for the userbar to earn ranks and of course to remain in the group.

Why do you deserve a spot in Harmony?:
I feel as if I deserve a spot in this group as I relate to you alot, as you may have noticed already, we share the same opinions and have the same though process towards groups/awards. I will post often in the sub-forum, if anyone wants to have a conversation with me and I am online, I will always reply, I will respect everyone (unless provoked). I will not cause drama. I do not 'rep4rep' or talk down to anyone, I treat everyone fairly among first meeting them, and how they respond gives me an idea of how I should treat them back. I will gain my respect and reputation around the forum through doing deals and being nice to everyone. Not repping people to try get reputation back. I will bring lots of respect towards the group when I am wearing the userbar, which I cannot wear the userbar all the time as I own my own group, but I will wear it every now and then and always be active in the discussion thread in the sub-forum.

What makes you different from the other applicants?:
Basically what I stated above, I look at things in a different way to other users, I don't like buy-ins, I don't like fake rep, I don't like rude people. I will never change the way I speak to people from the day I joined till the day I become staff or a 'top member'. I will always be respectful and give people a chance. Thanks for reading.
 
Accepted, please read the threads in the sub-forum. As a fellow group owner, I'm sure you can bring ideas and the like with you as well as your activity and contributions.

I won't apply as I am not a 6months member yet, but you might want to change that if you have already let people in who didn't meet that requirement.

I have changed the 6 month to 3 month. Thought I already did that earlier but it seems I forgot, none the less I think 3 months is a little more fair for a forum of this size and activity. Requirements will change and fit as the group goes on to suit the forum a bit better.

I would part-take in giveaways exclusive to harmony, i would post in the sub-forums, i would willingly go out of my way to make harmony members happy. I also have a 0% Warning level and over 100+ reported posts. I also have more reputation then posts.[/font]​

Im not in any-other usergroups i dont hop usergroups and i take them seriously i have not applied for any other usergroup and i dont plan on it, because this looks the most professional and simply has a lot of cool guys in it. This is defiantly a goal i set for forumkorner.[/font]​

No offense to anyone, but how did mine fail and this get accepted?

not because its bad but just i dont see any effort and hes in a ton of groups

I agree, also seen with many users. Seem's to be those that this user likes.

Well since you are going to be like that, I'll go ahead and say this. I don't just look at the pretty little application a user posts and that's all they got going on. I look into their account more and in details. The application is always a nice touch if users put some effort into it, but that is just one step into my process of accepting a user. I look at things such as their activity, things about them and I tend to ask people what they think of said user.

How it goes in my group is we vote on users and then I have the last say after a final inspection, so it's not who I favor to get into the group at all. Also to pointing out an application and saying you have done more effort is almost laughable. I'm not trying to be mean, but all you really did was add colors to yours, the length of your application is roughly the same, the only thing that took more time was probably to add the colors. 
Again, application isn't everything just something to catch my eye mostly so I will actually consider you for my group. You can apply again in two weeks time, like stated. Please do not reply to this, just accept my little bit of criticism and be done with it. 

@Lyrics please refer to this post as well. I don't appreciate being attacked with assumptions when none of the such as been proven and that is not how I am at all. My group makes a vote, I do a final verdict. Simple as that.

If a high quality member applies and is well known for donating to the forums and has a great reputation, could requirements 1 and 2 be overlooked?

1. 350 QUALITY posts.
2. Been registered for more than 3 months.

No, there are no exceptions or overlooking of the current set of requirements. Those two aren't hard to obtain considering really one should come with the other basically. Letting someone who has only been around for a month or two isn't on my to-do list and I feel generous of it being 3. 

None the less, you'll get there, in time and feel free to apply then if you are still around.
 
No worries, I understand and I'm happy to see a quality group with standards on this forum.
 
Recruitment will be open for another week so on Sunday/Monday time frame I will be closing this thread and taking on an invite only phase for a short time while I get my group more sorted out with what I have planned on it. I am also waiting for a name color change, along with a banner and signatures for our members.

So get your applications in while you can. As for those who have applied and I have not yet got to, you are not accepted nor or you denied. You on a waiting list. I will let anyone who applies know if you made the cut next week before I close this thread.
