Has anyone been able to talk to MS at all? All day I've been sitting at a chat window, wether I'm queue number 5 like I am now, or what ever. Btw I'm using the chat on there website.
 
Fuck microsoft and whoever hacked the tag and didnt inform us u fuking piece of shit
 
I phoned them and they told me to post on the Xbox forums. I'm just gonna wait for a unban method.

MS are fags they use that same lame excuse about they can't do anything you have to fill out the forum and the enforcement team will handle it.

I don't even know. Honestly I wouldn't be as ad if it was only an account ban, but a FUCKING CONSOLE BAN!?
 
I usually get a response faster when I call 1-800-4MYXBOX. Most people tend to use the online chat now, thus making the queue higher. I usually get an agent within the first 6 minutes of the call.
