holy shit really? 1.6 BTC for $1000 PP? whoever completes this exchange you are getting a VERY good rate. although im unsure of the user or the money's legitimacy.

I have 0.9 I can do it for $560 if you want, I can't go first also. If you really want we can use Philly as MM and I don't pay fees.
