Ok guys i know this sounds noobish but i just would like to know the steps that you have to go through when you buy or sell (Gamertags) through FK

Post what tag you're selling and include proof of ownership.

Step 1: Log into xbox.com with the oG's info
Step 2: Use gyazo to take a picture with the proof of you owning it. (TIP: Open notepad and write your FK name by the oG name)
Step 3: go to the gyazo image, and right click. Hit, "open in a new window"
Step 4: Copy that new URL.
Step 5: make a sales thread
Step 6: upload proof by adding to your thread

Step 7: have a starting bid and a buyout.

As long as you make GOOD proof , you should get some sells done , post proof . SECURE IT and do what you can to make it a good sell.
