So I have a PP. But it is not verified. I need to buy something from a site that requires a credit card (A lot of site have that policy).

I need $30. If you have $30, I would like a 1-on-1 exchange. You deposit funds to my account using your paypal, and I send you the money. You will have control over my account.

SO you can remove all the information before I gain access to it again.
