Now i know your gunna say "its just the style of the panel" but its not. You cant use php or html in a css file. Actually to be honest i took the panel css out. this is coded directly with html and php but very simple to use.

How long did it take to code?
it took about 2 hours to get everything just right.

This isn't actually that bad, it's pretty good in my opinion. I like the current one better, I mean it's probably because I'm used to it.

i made the code universal aswell so if i wanted to give it to someone they just have to copy and paste the code and boom they have it the same way, it does run off the current theme style

the looks really clean and sick dope headers mane

Wrong, different themes have different <div> styles and different style properties to go with them.

And there's not much "custom" about this.. all you did was add a container and some line breaks on the {welcomeblock}, anybody can do that.
And it has been done before, multiple times. It's nothing special.

Lion and Sanctuary are correct, the only thing that is "customized" is the {welcomeblock} :/

not welcome block either, its coded in html with redirects threw welcome block

Post a screenshot of it then.
Or better yet, a video. Because if there was nothing inside the {welcomeblock}, none of that would even appear.
