HELP - Got scammed

Got scammed, sent payment as a gift. How do I get the money back? I am filling out the chargeback app now, what can I say to make them "believe" me.

I am already saying it was an unauthorized payment.*

Say your computer had a virus and the payment was sent from your computer remotely while you were away from your computer.
