HELP IG's Locked

This has now happened to me three times. I buy/receive an IG and go to sign in but it says IG has changed the pass reset link will be sent to email but I never get it. Is my IG ip banned or something my personal Acc still works I want to get this resolved cuz people think I'm scamming

Exact same thing happened to one of my OG IGs, sorry to say but this instagram is now gone forever, there's no way of retrieving, I've tried pretty much each method on how to retrieve it

Is it your email that is on the IG? When you receive a new IG the first thing you are supposed to do is change the email before you change the pass, so when this happens, its your email on it and you will be able to reset the pass.

I do have my email on that and have asked foot reset email countless times in countless ways never received them and yes it is the correct email

You can retrieve, it happen'd to me on @Madden, I left it for around a week & then tried the recovery again & it worked, i got the email in the end.

That's weird. What email provider is it? I've noticed with @Hotmail or @Live, the emails rarely come through. I use GMail for my IG. Have you checked your "Other" folder, or the Junk folder.

It is a hotmail email and I haven't seen it come up in anyfolders

That sucks man, I've completely stopped using hotmail for those reasons alone. Not just with Instagram, but I've noticed when trying to receive emails for other websites/apps, they would never come through with Hotmail.

if you contact them directly and tell them you werent involved in any spam or anything of the sort you might get it back it might take a while and it could also be a total waste of time. if it didnt have that many followers just make a new one.
