Help me build a computer

Alright, so I'm wanting to buy a new PC but I can't really find anything good around $800-900 but I'm well aware a custom built comp in that price range is a beast. 

I will primarily be using the comp for gaming and rendering new clips (16gb ram should be good) 

Help me by using https://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/

I'll be looking at every build
