Help me choose

Hey guys so in about a month I will be getting a large amount of money from my school and I want to buy a new laptop.

I am stuck between buying a MacBook or buying a nice laptop PC.

I really want a Mac but I would need to run .exe files and I wouldn't be able to on a Mac.

I want a sick laptop that has a nice display and that has great stats.

Please help me decide. Also please suggest some nice PCs to buy.

Apple computers running MacOSx are unable to execute .exe files. If you had a problem with an important exe you really need to open you could buy VMWare Fusion, this will allow you to install Windows on a Virtual Drive and run it from there.

I don't suggest buying a mac, but if you are stuck over it, you can simply dual boot Windows 7. This would allow you to switch from the OSX and Windows 7. If you don't feel like dual booting, then there are a wealth of programs for mac to run Windows inside the OSX, examples of this are VirtualBox.

I don't think you should buy a Mac. If you're using it for school you're good with a $300 windows 7 or 8.

Well I currently have a MacBook and I love it. But then again, it all depends what you're doing with your laptop. If you plan on gaming, I suggest getting a Asus or Razer. They are also good for surfing the web and shit. I like the mac because its a lot faster and it also has a pretty good graphics card. And yes, there are programs that let you allow to run exe files on mac. And I think (it may be a rumor) that macs are virus free and can't get viruses. That's only what i've heard though. But remember, choose wisely. You can also go on youtube and search up MacBook vs Asus or some shit.

Get the Asus and then if you really want mac download the latest OSx on piratebay and dualboot. I mean those specs on those computer would be able to handle a dualboot.
