Please help me out. I'm trying to develop itscontest.com. By the way, my friend made that screencap. I need help with how to make different tabs like Ocean did with the tabs a top. Also, Swaga's site has the tabs on the side. (5waga.com) Tell me what programs you use like Filezilla and notepad++ and give me a tutorial on how to do this. I tried earlier today and it didn't work. Yes, I already know some HTML. Thanks in advance.
