Help Me to Choose a Subject

So I am doing computer engineering and now I m in final year so I have to start working on a project.

SO here is 3 options I have
1. Embedded Technology
2. Advance .Net Technology
3. Web Data Management

Help me to choose one of them

If I have the correct understanding of Web Data Management I would do a project on website statistics and vulnerability to hackers and counter that with the popularity of the websites or something. You could maybe try to see which kinds of websites require more protection or how websites improve their protection after a breach.
