Can anyone take the animation off of this userbar?

Haha thanks, but what do you mean by the raw file?
 
You can just screenshot the gif at a point you would like, and then just use it as normal

It would have a sparkle in it, or would would not have curved edges like the userbars need, itd be a complete rectangle
 
He means "raw" file as in the psd of when the person created it.
