Help me

I got banned off this site on my main account "Posts" this is what happened

I got onyx and wanted to change my name, and i forgot password, tried using the email reset and didnt work

It randomly logged me out so i made a new account
Then it banned me off using the site so i'm usong my mobile device

I need help getting back on my account

I can vouch for this user, I referred this user from the other site, kinda. I dealt with him while he was @Posts, I've also dealt with him on this account. He provided verification that he was who he claimed he was.
