My PayPal recently got limited and I have over $200 in it! What do I do

What's the reason for limitation and what are they asking to remove it ?

If you have a legit account with real info, call them up and get the limitation removed..
They'll ask for docs and information, provide them with those.

If nothing works then you can withdraw the money after 180 days to your bank account, if you don't have one you can signup on Payoneer and get a US bank account.

unless you have your own CC or bank account, ask your mom/dad/grandma/grandpa if you can attach theirs.
