HELP WILL PAY

If any of yall have had this problem with paypal, and know how to get past it I will pay you $10 PayPal after you fix it. I'm stuck on this http://gyazo.com/9abb29397c75451df2c9d42b97d774a3 and I dont know the full card number because it was a pre-paid card. Ive called like 8 times saying i dont have it anymore but they dont care. And i have added more cards but they dont show up under the option. Can anyone help? PM or respond.

The only way I know to fix that would be to remove the card but I think you need to have the full number to remove it... They should be able to tell whether the card was prepaid or not, and with proof of account ownership there shouldn't be a problem in removing it.

Well I told them i had full email access n everything. But they said that i had to have the card number.?
