Help with Business PayPal

Just have some questions for people regarding a Business PayPal, if you know about them post below so you can help!

1. Can customers still just send money to my login e-mail?
2. Will they see my name, or my Companies name?
3. If I've got a business account with a bank card & phone number linked, it will be easier to reverse charge-backs right?
4. In what ways is a business account better than a personal?

I plan on using this business account for all my sales here on site now, since I am getting much more serious with my design career. I'm also going to start selling clothing soon and this business account will be linked to that.

I believe your companies name will show.

1. Can customers still just send money to my login e-mail? Pretty sure yes.
2. Will they see my name, or my Companies name? Company name.
3. If I've got a business account with a bank card & phone number linked, it will be easier to reverse charge-backs right? Depends on what the other person says. (Calling PayPal is best to fix that)
