i have a 134k instagram,i need advice on how to grow my ig it if someone could help me.The ig is @HeresToKids
its a quote page,im losing followers like crazy can some help.I want to eventually sell shoutouts

Keep uploading pictures more regularly , that helps.

Try and cut down on the shoutouts also, that causes alot of people to unfollow.

You could always try a bot... And Post pictures that are relevant, Have a good @/ but it doesn't have to be nothing special... And Put links to it on other social medias

No shoutouts until you have a steady follower base, upload 3-4 times a day, then I have one question, did you buy a 134k Instagram and give it this niche? Its none of my business, but you should at least be getting 1k likes per photo...

i actually bought it pretty cheap but it was inactive alot,because my friend was inactive for months,and yes i changed niched
