So I have a YouTube account and I have my videos monetized. I currently have $15+ which is enought to send out as payment. But it is "ON HOLD". I need to verify everything (address...) including my bank account. Instead i'd rather get it in my PayPal. I'd be willing to send $10 in return for $5 PayPal.
