There will always be a IP address. As long as your connected to, in some way, a network, you will have a Internet Protocol. The best you CAN do is disguise your ip.

Easiest way would be to get an VPN =)

Some free and good VPN's are:
ProXPN
Cyberghost VPN

I prefer Cyberghost as its really fast and doesn't effect your internet speed even as a free user.
With proXPN you will lag alot without premium as it's limited to 300k/b as a free user.

Use ProXPN, if you're searching for something to show a diffrent Ip, that is nowhere possibly linkable to your's then use that. It's a Vpn
