Is kudos boosting against the rules? (Giving kudos to a same thread to every person?

It seems like a grey area. But with anything, any form of lying about statistics is usually frowned upon.

If its @Critical then no, he is the kudos GAWD. He is the only reason people get the 500 kudos award.

This one guy keeps putting kudos on most of my post it's pretty annoying. If it's considered "kudos boosting" who would be banned me or him.
