HELP!!!!!

Hello everyone. I have a concern. I wanted to change my username. So i accidently clicked koins, then buy username change/usertitle. I put in the name i wanted and clicked done. Then it said the name was taken and then it took my koins. It took 2 koins from me. If anyone knows what might have happened please comment below thanks.

The rules state to make sure the new name you want isn't taken. you will most likely not be getting a refund for this. This happened to me also. sorry for your loss.
