ok so i bought a gamertag on HF and after getting it i changed it so i can use it on my other account. But now it's saying it's unavaliable although it's not no one on xbox has it, i tried calling xbox it didn't help at all

It takes a bit to update. Make a brand new account, And sign into zune. After you are signed into zune.net change your gamertag using your free gamertag change. As Xbox has made it to where gamertags that are changed are not available instantly anymore from what I noticed anyways. But on zune it is instant. Hope I helped. Let me know.

Also whats help forums? Never heard of it before.

Try adding the gamertag on a different account to see if its taken. If its not try changing the tag to it and see what it says. It might be a vulgar tag, And will never be available again.

is it because i created it on xbox before zune? the new account

it's not vulgar and i tried again maybe they patched it?

There is nothing to patch? If the gamertag is not available its either taken or will be available soon. Or instantly on zune unless it says its unavailable.

Ya that's weird. All i can say is see if it is taken by sending it a friend request and seeing if someone took it during that time period.
