No this is not teaching you how to box as there is not really a way how..
But I do see A LOT of threads about boxing and what are the best stats.
people say high atk, mid str and high def.
but really these may work, but the only people that will fight you are other pure boxers that have similar or better stats, and to even find someone like this you will be waiting for ever, so you won't win much.
the only real way to actually box properly and make money is if your maxed or near maxed.
