There is a video I need in better quality. It's a private video on facebook but I can still view it. If you can get me a high def rip of the video or it being the file itself it would be much appreciated.

CamStudio didn't have a good enough quality. [Laggy/Choppy]
 
uhm have you tried rendering it in sony vegas
 
If your recording with a PVR make sure to use PS3 Settings and make sure it's in 59fps then go into Sony Vegas and render it in 59-60fps but if your using PC I'd highly suggest Fraps.
 
How much is Sony Vegas? Do they have a free telephone offer?
