Hey, Just wondering if I can get some info on my tenure reset?

So, my 1 year tenure almost 2 got reset to 0 today, just wondering how this happened and what to do to maybe get my tenure back? I know if you mod your tenure you have it reset but mine was legit, account was always mine.

illl pm you, if this doesnt work i had a 3 year tenure then it got reset to 0
