Hello, my name is ****** ********** and I recently purchased some REMOVED INCASE SHE GOOGLES THIS headphones and when I was walking to school in the morning, I noticed that the left ear cup started crackling, then, I put the headphones on after school and the headphones weren't working in the left ear cup at all! I'm not sure what's happening but they're definitely broken. Please respond ASAP, ******
Bitchy Bitch Bitch:
Thanks for email, sorry to hear about your headphones! Pls note that all headphones come with a one year warranty provided you have the receipt. All warranty issues are handled by the store where the product was purchased, so contact the store and they will assist you with this.
Pls note that we do not have any in-house repair service.
Should you require further assistance, pls do not hesitate to contact us!
Me:
Well, I don't have the receipt as I got it as a gift from my uncle in the United States who is now unfortunately deceased. I'm not sure what store he bought it from and I can obviously no longer ask him or access the receipt. Is there anything you can do?
Bitchy Bitch Bitch:
Since you mentioned in your first email that you yourself just recently bought the headphones I am sorry to hear that you do not have the receipt. Pls accept my condolences regarding your uncle. However pls note that proof of purchase is essential for all warranty claims.
Me:
Ok I understand. You have a good day.
